Global Consumer Confidence Survey, Second Half 2005 
Consumers' confidence in their local economies, job prospects and personal finances is on the rise globally.  The ACNielsen Consumer Confidence Index, introduced by ACNielsen in early 2005, grew from an average 92 points in May 2005 up to 98 points in November, with two thirds of countries experiencing an increase.
