Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
All current Your Voice members who complete a survey between the 1st March 2009 and 31st May 2009 inclusive will be automatically entered into the Quarterly Prize Draw. Members who are screened out of a survey or cannot complete the survey due to the quota being full will receive an entry into the Prize Draw. Anyone who registers for the Your Voice panel between the above dates will also receive an entry into the Prize Draw. Entries are collected via the Your Voice website. Please read the Terms and conditions below that apply to this competition.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are eligible for the Quarterly Prize Draw. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

Promotion commences 1st March 2009. Entries Close end of business 31st May 2009. The draw will take place at ACNielsen Centre Lvl 1, 11 Talavera Rd, Macquarie Park, NSW, 2113 at 10:30am on the 5th day of June 2009. Winners will be notified by telephone and mail and their names will be published in “The Australian” on the 12th day of June 2009. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The first valid entry drawn will win the TOTAL major prize (valued at up to AUD$15,999 of the winner’s choice), of either;
a) AUD$10,000 Cheque
b) A Mazda2 Motor Vehicle valued at AUD$15,999 (excluding on road costs except in Victoria where on road costs are included - including on road costs, prize is valued at $18,999)
c) Travel and Accommodation (valued at AUD$15,000)
d) A home entertainment system (valued at AUD$15,000)

Conditions relating to prizes:
4(b) Vehicle prize excludes registration, on road costs (except in Victoria) and comprehensive insurance.
4(c) Selected Trip must be taken within 12 months of the drawn date and is subject to bookings and flight availability. Visas, passports, taxes, insurance, spending money, meals and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
4(d) Installation of home entertainment system is the responsibility of the prize winner.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by the 3rd day of September 2009 with a prize draw at 10:30AM on the 4th day of September 2009. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, they will be notified by telephone and mail and their names will be published in “The Australian” on the 11th day of September 2009.

If the winner of the Major prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parents or guardian.

Entrants' personal contact information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. All personal contact details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
